Since 2016, Norwegian Cruise Line ( NCL ) has entrusted its press and public relations to our agency, GroupExpression. NCL’s communication is based on two types of targeted audiences: the corporate and professional press, which are the news media for the tourism industry, but also cruise specialists on various themes such as the construction of a new ship, sales promotion actions or even financial results. In addition, communications intended for the lifestyle and tourism press highlight themes linked to itineraries or to the particularities of NCL cruises. Since 2020, NCL has also entrusted GroupExpression with its communication related to sales promotion through its digital B2B platform, in order to organize webinars and e-learning cession for tour operators and travel agency professionals.
