For more than 15 years, we have been offering to this hotel client a dedicated sales & marketing service in France, French-speaking Belgium and Switzerland, Luxembourg, UK and Germany. We are in charge of commercial relations with tour operators to ensure that the hotel is included in all specialist brochures. We are in charge of training tour operator reservation teams and participate in various road shows organized in France, UK and Germany in order to ensure the presence of this hotel brand and to promote its product and services to luxury travel agencies. We set up sales challenges and incentives for the reservation teams. We organize business tours and training webinars. We have created e-learning modules so that these travel agents become ambassadors of the Manava Beach Resort & Spa hotel. We organize and support an annual travel trade mission in different markets, when the Director of Sales and Marketing of the hotel comes in Europe.
