Context

Aircalin, the national airline of New Caledonia, launched a new route in December connecting Nouméa and Paris via Bangkok.
Despite its operational excellence, Aircalin had limited brand recognition in mainland France and lacked credibility on the Paris–Bangkok route, competing against long-established carriers like Air France and Thai Airways.

Challenges
