Media Relations and Press Office in France

Our Paris-based press office speaks every day on your behalf to travel, lifestyle and general news journalists and editors. We write and distribute your press releases and press kits, organise your press conferences and media events, and run your influencer relations in coordination with our digital team. We organise press trips from start to finish: selecting journalists, programme, logistics, on-site support and coverage tracking.

In the travel media ecosystem, trust is built over time. Our consultants stay in regular contact with national dailies and magazines, regional press, travel trade press, broadcast and online media. That is what allows us to place your news in the right outlet at the right time, and to secure media coverage that reaches your potential customers and visitors.

Hospitality and Hotel PR

Hospitality is a key sector for the agency. Openings, renovations, new restaurants, spas, signature architects or chefs: we take this news to travel, lifestyle and interiors journalists, and organise the press trips and presentations that secure lasting editorial coverage. We work with independent hotels, hotel collections and hotel groups in France and internationally.

Our hospitality team is led by a senior consultant who knows the editorial teams and the journalists, and above all understands the issues and constraints of running a hotel. Every communication plan includes an editorial calendar aligned with your commercial highlights (seasons, offers, events) and monthly coverage reporting.

Luxury, Gastronomy and Lifestyle PR

A restaurant or a fine wine is not presented the way a hotel is. Food media, luxury and lifestyle editors and travel magazines each have their own codes and calendars: a handful of addresses chosen each season, a menu tasted before anyone else, a table worth the journey on its own.

We work with chefs, restaurants, hotels, wineries and spirits houses, looking for the stories journalists have not yet written: the chef who signs the new menu of a historic house, the cellar that opens its doors to visitors, the hotel restaurant that becomes a destination in its own right. Press lunches and tastings, trips built around the table, interviews with your chefs and executives: every action targets the titles and channels your customers follow. We approach food and drink the way we approach travel: we want to make people want to go.

PR for Tourism Boards, Airlines and Tour Operators

From Paris, we act as the French press office of tourism boards, airlines and tour operators that are often managed from headquarters abroad. Our role: turn headquarters’ campaigns into stories for French editorial teams, champion every key moment, from a new route to the launch of a season, and report every piece of coverage back to headquarters.

Tourism boards

French press office for foreign and French tourism boards: press trips, seasonal news, media events and relaying the tourism board’s campaigns to French media. When a tourism board entrusts us with its entire presence in France, PR becomes part of a full representation programme.

Destination Representation in France

Airlines

New routes, new frequencies, new cabin products, partnerships, results: we handle airline news with travel, business and trade media. Our airline team is led by a senior consultant specialising in transport.

Tour operators

A new brochure, a destination joining your programme, a brand-new tour: we turn them into stories for consumer media and the travel trade press, and we organise fam trips that take journalists, influencers and travel professionals into the field.

Approach

The agency managed the shoot with two objectives: showcase the quality of the onboard service and give viewers an authentic look at daily life on a long-haul flight. Two film crews, three stopover airports, one rule: film the real experience, with nothing staged. Filming continued in Tahiti, with passengers and crew alike, to tell a complete story true to the airline’s DNA.

Approach

The agency coordinated the filming of an in-flight concert given by a violinist crew member, accompanied by two musicians, in real conditions. The story was pitched to TF1 and broadcast on its 1pm news. A press release and social media posts extended the exposure.

Approach

The agency used the partnership to secure national TV exposure, notably on 50’ Inside and C8, picked up by national and lifestyle media. Miss Universe France and her entourage also shared the trip on social media, extending the campaign’s reach and strengthening the airline’s visibility. The partnership helped position Norse Atlantic Airways as a modern brand close to its audience on the French market.
