Commercial activities in the french market for Kempinski Seychelles Resort
For more than 7 years, we have offered this hotel customer a dedicated sales and marketing service in France. We are in charge of commercial relations with tour operators to ensure that the hotel is featured in all specialist brochures. We are in charge of training tour operator agents and luxury travel reservation agents. We participate in various roadshows organized in France in order to ensure the presence of this hotel and to promote it to luxury travel agencies. We are setting up sales challenges and incentives dedicated to reservation teams in order to increase volumes. We organize regular business visits to France and training webinars. We have created e-learning modules so that these agencies become brand ambassadors for the Kempinsky Seychelle Resort.
